Step 1
Cut pool noodle to fit along the inside rim of the bucket.
Step 2
Glue pom-poms to the pool noodle using your glue gun.
Step 3
Make your candle headband. To do this: 1. sketch out candle shape onto construction paper. 2. Cut out the candles and paint the top portion orange. 3. Then, cut out smaller yellow drops from the construction paper. 4. Glue small yellow drops onto the center of the flame. 5. Glue your candles to your headband.
Step 4
Insert the pool noodle into the bucket to create the full to the brim illusion of Dippin' Dots. Connect the suspenders to the outside of the bucket, and put on the headband. Taadaa! All done!
