Dippin Dots Affogato

Our Dippin' Dots Affogato is a fun twist on a favorite Italian coffee-based dessert.

Ingredients

1 shot

Espresso

2 cups

Vanilla or Chocolate Dippin' Dots

pinch

Chocolate Shavings

optional toppings:

Chocolate Sauce, whipped cream

Place 2 cups of Dippin' Dots in a bowl.
For a traditional Affogato, use Vanilla Dippin' Dots! For a Mocha Affogato, use Chocolate Dippin' Dots.
Gently pour prepared Espresso shot over your Dippin' Dots.
Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top of the ice cream and coffee.
Top with whipped cream, and some chocolate shavings.
