Return Policy

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of when the product was delivered to you. This includes damaged product, an incorrect order, and shipping issues. Please take photos of any damages and email them to internetorders@dippindots.com, along with your order number.

Also, note that we do not accept returns on any ice cream, as it is ice cream and it would melt before it arrives back to us.
